Our service includes a driver who will cater to all your needs from the moment your reservation begins to the end of your journey. Experience comfort and convenience for your next outing in the city.
Policy
At Spectrum Care LLC, we understand that circumstances can change unexpectedly. To ensure the efficiency of our services and to accommodate all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy for our non-emergency transportation clients. Advance Notice: If you need to cancel a scheduled non-emergency medical transportation service, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This helps us optimize our scheduling and ensure we are using our time in the best and most efficient way. Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of base rate of the booked ride. This fee is necessary to cover the costs associated with preparation, driver assignment, and vehicle allocation for the original reservation. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. In cases of sudden medical issues or other valid emergencies, please contact us immediately to discuss your circumstances. We will work with you to find a suitable solution. Communication: If you need to cancel a transportation service, please do so online at spectrumcareia.org or contact us at 515-259-3802 at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time. This helps us manage our resources efficiently and potentially minimize any inconvenience to you and/or other clients. Refunds: If a cancellation fee applies, it will be deducted from any prepaid amount or billed accordingly. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our refund policy. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a transportation service, please contact us at your earliest convenience. We will do our best to accommodate your new schedule, subject to availability. No-Show Policy: Failure to notify us of a cancellation before the scheduled pick-up time may be considered a "no-show." No-shows are subject to the full fare of the booked service plus an additional cost of 50 % of the booked service fee if we arrive to the arranged pick up location. We value your understanding and cooperation in adhering to our cancellation policy. By doing so, you help us maintain the highest level of service quality and ensure that our resources are optimized for the benefit of all our clients.
